This is our tentative schedule for the week and The Big Day. We anticipate that, as we draw closer to January 11, this page will grow in content. For now, this is what we have planned. If you join us on any of these days, if you want to help, we welcome you, and we will reward you with food, drink, and an abundance of gratitude.

January 5 - 8:

• Sunday, January 5: We arrive late morning/early afternoon to secure our spot.

• Monday, January 6 - Wednesday, January 8: Jack builds our wedding town:

  • Bar, "hitchin post," library, dance floor, kitchen, etc.

  • Night time games include Croquet By The Moonlight and a good old fashioned snipe hunt.

January 9 and 10:

• Thursday and Friday are wedding town assembly days. Some things will depend on weather at the time, so we will make more specific plans that week.

• We will check in with coordinators in this time frame, and make final decisions.

• If you're in town on either of these days, come over to our campsite and stay for as long as you want!

• Casino Nights! Games include Wedding Commune Hold 'Em and Ball and Chain dice game.

Saturday, January 11, The Big Day!

• 9:00 am - 1:00 pm: Bride and Groom will relax and let our coordinators take over so we can get gorgeous.

• 1:11 pm: ceremony

• 1:30 pm - sunset: Eat, drink, be married!

• 2:00 pm: Toasts and celebration

• 3:00 pm: Dance floor opens

• 5:00 pm: sun sets, lights come on, stay as long as you want.

Sunday, January 12:

• We sleep in.

• Then, we get started breaking down.

• Or, we do nothing.

Monday, January 13:

• Break down anything that's left and head home. Tomorrow we go back to work!
